Hi dear anon 🙂 although I’m not a doctor I can’t really answer regarding to your discharge, but it may be a sign of your period returning/or can be caused by other several factors! And NO, having your period NEVER means that you’re “healthy” and if you still experience starvation symptoms including ed thoughts, cold hands/feet and like you said you’re still gaining, it’s likely you’re aren’t at your healthy set point yet. The BMI range does not have anything to do with whether if you are healthy or not it just some stupid nerdy mathematician’s work.
