B.C.-based ClearDent announced Wednesday the extension of its exclusive Canadian partnership with Social Ordeals to provide digital marketing services to dentists across the country.

ClearDent, an all-in-one, cloud-based dental practice management software solution, reports that users are already benefiting from Social Ordeals’ advanced digital marketing services, which now include AI-based tools and enhanced reporting for solo and multi-site practices.

“Reconnecting with Social Ordeals and their advanced digital marketing solutions was an easy decision in our quest to holistically support Canadian dentists,” said Karl Schmidt, executive vice-president at ClearDent. “We are thrilled to extend our exclusive agreement to provide customers with a complete solution to build and grow their practices.”

ClearDent, founded in 2002, offers a unified practice management solution that is feature-rich yet user-friendly. It significantly reduces staff workload, simplifying the booking, confirmation, and reminder processes for patient appointments.

Meanwhile, Social Ordeals, established in 2021, specializes in online listings and reputation management, social media, search engine optimization, digital advertising, and website development.

“Our combined solutions help to make dentist’s lives easier in what can be a complicated, often overlooked area of their business,” said Chris Montgomery, CEO at Social Ordeals.

“We’re excited to continue the partnership and maximize the benefits of ClearDent’s customer engagement and online booking solutions when coupled with our website, SEO, and other digital marketing offerings.”

The two digital marketing webinars

To kick off the extended partnership, ClearDent will deliver two free webinars in November, each worth one CE credit.

The first webinar, Building a Digital Presence That Will Attract New Patients to Your Practice, will be held on Nov. 1, 2024, at 9 a.m. PST. It will introduce dentists to the foundational elements of digital marketing and help them establish a strong online presence to attract new patients.

The second webinar, Advanced Digital Marketing Strategies to Take Your Dental Practice to the Next Level, will take place on Nov. 8, 2024, at 9 a.m. PST. It will explore more advanced strategies, including SEO tactics, content and email marketing best practices, online reputation management, and performance tracking and optimization.
