Diet-to-Go Review

We are busy.  At least, I know I am.  There never seems to be enough time in the day.  I have considered “diets” like Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem because it seemed, “easy!”  The biggest problem I had with Jenny Craig (yes, I tried JC) was the food.  It wasn’t very good.  Also, it wasn’t “real” food.  My sister tried Nutrisystem and HATED the food. Wouldn’t it be nice if busy people could order meals to have on hand that were not loaded with sodium (hello frozen dinners from grocery store) and were well balanced and fit into our eating plan? Wouldn’t it be nice if we could have options to grab and go that were healthy and made by real people?  What if they even tasted like GOOD, REAL, food?

Well, when Diet-to-Go contacted me asking if I would be interested in trying their healthy, award winning meals, shipped directly to my door, I said, “YES!”

Diet to Go

The meals came directly to my door, packed in dry ice so they stayed frozen.  I chose a week’s worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinners and each day was a 1200 calorie diet.

The meals that I got were very diverse and very yummy.

I tried things like a strawberry banana muffin with cream cheese, peach and pear parfait:

Captain Stewart’s Seafood Sandwich on a Pretzel Roll with Oranges:

Diet to Go Seafood Sandwich

Whole Wheat Monte Cristo with Citrus Yogurt Salad and Asparagus:

Diet to Go Monte Cristo

Waldorf Chicken Salad with Snack Mix and a V8:

Chicken Fajita with Refried Beans, Carrots, Salsa and Sour Cream – I had this today, swore I took a picture and for some reason, it wasn’t on my phone when I went to upload it today.  Everyone at my lunch table was all inquisitive and interested in where it was from and how good it was!  It was super yummy!  Maybe even one of my favorite’s!

All of the meals were delicious, well balanced, and you could tell they were made by a real person with thought put into the components of each dish.

I just love the convenience and ease of these meals and they cost less than eating out.  I also love that they stand behind their product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, they will make it right or give you your money back!  How about that for customer service?

Give them a try.  You can choose from three different menu options, Traditional, Vegetarian or Low Carb.  Within those options, they give you the choice of 5 days of meals or 7 days of meals; 2 meals a day or 3 meals a day (better choose three…you know how important breakfast is!).  The choices are awesome and they have really thought of everything.  Plus, they are super yummy, convenient, and REAL FOOD!

Head over to their website and check them out.  They have offered all ItSuxToBeFat blog readers 25{c754d8f4a6af077a182a96e5a5e47e38ce50ff83c235579d09299c097124e52d} off their first order.  All you need to do is enter coupon code DTGA107

Try them out and let me know what you think.  I know you will love them as much as I do!
