Out of that came a self-published ‘zine, Thinspiration, in which Abril documented the controversial Pro-Ana community which, in her words, "has turned anorexia (Ana) into its dogma" and where activists "venerate the illness giving meaning to their totalitarian ‘lifestyle’."
